I’m certain they’ll respond to this with a templated response regarding clauses and 24 hour response times.
This is all nonsense as multiple times I’ve followed up at the 25 hour mark to ask for an update - to be told it’s been "escalated" and pushed aside for another couple hours.
To make matters worse, I was verified (after 25 hours - and me manually following up as they are useless with their timeframes) and after attempting to withdraw funds (another 25 hours "processing" - what a joke, for me to manually follow up AGAIN, as they are useless at meeting their own standards) only to be advised "you have been unverified and will need to upload the same information you already used to get verified the first time".
Ask their live chat and they say "it’s been escalated".
So 5 days in, no withdrawal available - they verify the person who is withdrawing money and not the person who deposits it.
Yes, so if someone steals your credit card information and uses it here - you as the legitimate card holder will have to jump through numerous hoops to HOPEFULLY be able to withdraw your own money back. Even though you can see the funds there.
Yes, if someone has your information they can use all your money - but if you want any of it back, good luck ! Massive scam.
