I have played Videoslots for over 1 year and up until recently enjoyed this casino.
I have always deposited by debt visa card and withdrawal by bank transfer and has always worked well, today after depositing by debt visa i only have the option of withdrawal by visa (no bank transfer) I tried many times to talk to online chat customer service and also requested phone call but couldn't contact anyone for help,
I tried to withdrawal back onto my visa debt but my withdrawal got denied , i knew why as new zealand banks (certainly ANZ) do not allow this from online casino sites.
Videoslots were absolutely no help at all, i gambled my denied withdrawal and then closed my account with Videoslots.
A very poor customer service experience and now no way for new zealand players to withdraw if depositing by card, disappointing to be treated badly after having wagered alot of money through this casino.

Slow and difficult verification process, at the end of the day when I win I want a fast, easy and efficient withdrawal process and this casino doesn't offer this, KYC is very important and i get that but there are casino's that do that process far better than Wild Tokyo, I can't recommend Wild Tokyo there are so many better options with very fast kyc and where you can lock withdrawls.
