Have encountered several issues with this casino, from wins not being paid out until a self exclusion which failed. In all those cases the casino support was quick responding and did resolve my issues in all situations.

For me this is one of the few casinos that is not fake but does care about its players and their satisfaction.

Poor casino with no contacts. It is very easy to join and deposit money, but once you have a problem they won’t respond on your mails/chats. Even when you start a complaint on this platform the casino will do all it can to delay your case and eventually lie about evidence to see cases closed without affecting their score on here.

After three months having a ongoing complaint here with Casino Guru I just forwarded my case to their Licensor hoping they can intervene as this casino wont resolve problems.


Stay far away from this poor casino, there are much better casinos from Curacao that do have a proper working Support and try actually to resolve issues.

Interesting casino that still operates illegally in The Netherlands. When sending a complaint regarding my matter they do not respond on this (passed months now) and when asking them in Live Chat all they say is you are not logged in so we can not see anything.

Clearly a casino that wants to dodge the case and responsibility. My complaint has already been forwarded to the KSA and if all other players do so they can get a million fine too like other casino groups :D

For all other Dutch players I can recommend to use their ADR ECOGRA before going to the law firm, maybe this puts some pressure on the casino and of course DO NOT JOIN THEM AS THEY ARE ILLEGAL HERE.

Rogue casino,

After complaining about mistakes the casino made, they promptly closed my account and gave me a **** excuse about a system alert for negative feedback from another casino (without any evidence of course).

This all happened a week after my complaint probably finding out that they are wrong and needs an excuse to dodge the claim I made.

All I can do now is warn other players to stay away from this casino as much as you can to prevent disappointments..
