Based on my personal experience, I strongly advise caution with this casino. Deposits go through instantly, but withdrawals seem to be extremely delayed. I requested a €500 withdrawal on 28th November, and as of 5th December it is still showing as "pending," even though my account is fully verified.

Live chat keeps giving me the same repeated responses, and email support is not offering any clear updates either.

Lowest rtp ever winnings are non existent . They gave me a bonus where I won 5k euros , I had to clear a 15 k wager and in the end I was only allowed to withdraw 250 eur in a 10 k monthly deposit !!!

I joined the casino on the off chance it would be good.

So at first glance and initial sign up / verification I was really impressed with this site. Deposits were seamless and instant via Visa card payments.
Games are ok and seem to have a good RTP.
But the issues began as soon as I had won / tried to withdraw.
I tried to withdraw for the first time on the 2nd June via Bank transfer. I was emailed to say this had been cancelled and return on the 4th June, told I need to re withdraw without spaces in my IBAN (understandable so no stress, my mistake) done this as requested on the 4th June. In the mean time had a cheaply deposit. Lift of course no worries that’s gambling. Received an email on 11th saying thi s has been cancelled again due to an error with bank transferring. This has been returned , please try a new option. Well I don’t have any other option. Checked on the withdraw tab and the bank transfer option had disappeared. Checked a few hours later and it had returned. So I have since requested the withdrawal via bank transfer ( which may I add had a new option along side IBAN, now had swift/bic.
So now 1 day later I am still pending.

Fingers crossed for this attempt as I feel it could be a good site .

Bearing in mind I’m fully verified have full photos of everything/ c emails / conversations.

Once withdrawal has been completed I will update and change my rating.

Zunächst hatte ich einen sehr guten Eindruck von diesem Casino. Ich hatte ein bisschen was eingezahlt und konnte auf 3000 € hochspielen. Dann habe ich meine KYC Unterlagen eingereicht. (am 23. April) und habe bis heute (27. April) keine Antwort erhalten. Der Support im Chat kann überhaupt nicht weiterhelfen. Ich wollte jetzt mein Einzahlungslimit auf 50 € im Monat runter setzen und er sagte mir ich solle doch bitte eine E-Mail an Support schreiben. Ebenso das Cashback System ist völlig lächerlich. Ich habe zum Beispiel jetzt 1100 € eingezahlt und müsste bei meinem Level zwei 4 % am Montag ausgezahlt bekommen. Das wären 44 €. Diese muss ich 35 mal umsetzen Und dann gesetzt dem Fall. Ich würde das schaffen und hätte mehr als 44 €. Würden Sie mir den Rest streichen so dass ich nur 44 € auszahlen kann. Was in meinen Augen völliger Bullshit ist. Es gibt andere Casinos da bekommst du 10-15 % Cashback und kannst diese sofort auszahlen lassen oder hast zumindest nur ein Umsatzbedingungen von ein oder dreimal und nicht von 35 mal. Ich habe vor 5 Tagen eine Auszahlung von 100€ beantragt. Mehr ging nicht , es war ein Gewinn aus Freispielen. Nach 3 Tagen wurde ich aufgefordert noch mehrer Dokumente einzureichen und das mehrfach!
