I received a promotion of 5000 CLP for registration and email verification, the rellover is x50, I managed to do the rellover with a balance in my favor of $100,000 CLP, when I want to make the withdrawal (despite having sent my documents) it tells me that I must deposit 10,000 CLP to withdraw, I make the deposit and the withdrawal is sent, but my account is not verified yet, then after a few days I see my account that is still unverified and I have a balance of 10,000 and when speaking to the chat they tell me that during the rellover my bet was more than allowed by them and they took away the balance leaving only the deposit made by me, money that I could not withdraw and I lost in the same casino because my account was not verified and I could not withdraw. More than 1 week has passed and I have not received a response from my verification, which gives me the impression of data theft and unfair clauses. The only good thing is that it offers constant spins and a chance to stop without losing, but I find it impossible to withdraw money. I wouldn't play at this casino again, nor at any of its partners, such as boocasino, galacticwins, or bcasino. Don't waste your money.
