Deposited with the FIESTA promo code and not the Welcome code, sounded more lucrative to me somehow.
That's when we encountered the first problem: I didn't receive 200 FS for my deposit. I contacted support right away, but they weren't very helpful, as they forwarded it to the relevant department.
During that time, I didn't touch my balance. The bonus was credited to me 10 minutes later, with the statement that this bonus wasn't intended for players who make small deposits.
My alarm bells were already ringing because that wasn't described in the campaign.
Well, I had the 200FS and 3 days to activate it and thought I'd first try out what the slots say and pay out etc. with my deposit... 1 slot, bam, a direct hit after a few spins, I wanted to try the payout of 75% of the balance straight away.
30 minutes after submitting the application, 200FS disappeared and the reason given was that the sales requirement had not been met, even though I hadn't activated the bonus at all 🤣🤣🤣
Live chat says I canceled the bonus.

They even added 20 FS for installing the app 15 hours after my first withdrawal request, but the withdrawal was rejected because of an active bonus. I installed the app four hours after my withdrawal request and didn't receive any FS. Early the next morning, no FS were available or visible either. After my withdrawal was rejected, 20 FS were suddenly and strangely activated in my account. I canceled the bonus immediately because I was no longer interested in giving the criminals a chance to minimize my balance. 😉

Die haben mir sogar 15 Stunden später nach meinem ersten Auszahlungsantrag 20FS für App Installation hinzugefügt, Auszahlung abgelehnt wegen aktiven Bonus. Die APP habe ich 4 stunden nach meiner Auszahlungsanfrage installiert und keine FS bekommen. Nächsten früh am morgen waren auch keine FS verfügbar oder ersichtlich , nach der Ablehnung meiner Auszahlung waren ganz plötzlich und komischerweise 20FS aktiviert in meinem ACCOUNT.
