I go for 2-3 weeks daily in the chat and ask, however, they have banned me yesterday from the chat or something, I can no longer get in. I have also sent at least 4 emails to their finance department but also without response.
I want to add to this discussion that I have just noticed, that WildPharao partly uses fake games. For example Legacy of Dead. Using the browser dev tools you can see that this game doesn't get loaded from playngonetwork.com, but from a different suspicious domain.

I'm sorry, but this is not a decent casino and you will most likely not get your winnings.
The worst thing is that this "casino" has recently lost its license, so even the ex-licensing authority can't help.

Guten, ich hab damals sehr aktiv auf Wildpharao gespielt, mein Account ist vollkommen verifiziert und ich habe auch keine Fehler begangen beim spielen. Ich habe nun mehrmals den Payment Service kontaktiert und auch den normalen Support der mir immer wieder das selbe sagt und zwar das ich mich an den Payment Service wenden muss. Es handelt sich "nur" um 800€, mehr als das 4 fache hab ich dort verspielt. Hilfe wäre wirklich appreciated.
