Das ist das allerletzte casino niemals Geld einzahlen ich bereue es ,nach meiner einzahlung wurde mein account gesperrt ,keiner nennt mir einen grund keiner kümmert sich darum. Sie zocken die leute ab ,sperren nach einzahlung und live Chat sagt man soll Geduld haben wer zuerst kommt malt zuerst. Das geht nicht ich bin so sauer das sind Verbrecher auf höchsten Niveau.

every time I get the same answer from them.

this is for 4 weeks now I got a amount of €5000 on my account

Hey. I've moved your posts under the casino you're writing about. I'm sorry to see the situation you're going through at the moment and especially seeing that the casino keeps giving the same answer over and over again and nothing relevant. 

However, I see that in your second post you wrote that your account is undergoing additional verification because of your deposit. Did the casino ask for any documents ?
