Anyone else experiencing problems with getting them to pay out ? They used to payout 3k a week, but I have 6k worth of approved withdrawls, and haven't been paid in almost a month...

First they tried make problems with verification, now they delay withdrawal over 10 days file, their finance department referred to their operator. Of course I don't care even if I believe them. THEIR operator is THEIR partner, and problem is their.

Without any objections, I also believe casino is responsible for its payment provider. Understandably, some unexpected issues may occure, on the other hand, casino risk its reputation and should focus on effective support and solution. Yet you also mentioned a problematic KYC, could you perhaps share more about it? I checked the recent complaints and the last about delayed payment ended up unresolved.

"We have just been advised by our crypto processor that the bug they had a few weeks ago is not fully fixed yet and the payment processing is still disrupted which means they can only process a few payments per day.

 

For this reason we currently have a few payments which are behind.

A several days for 600EU cash - it's not a big deal. But delays from any casino it's always a dissapoining and unpleasant thing. It least they deserve a negative review)

Ah, an intriguing one!

To say whether or not I would believe such an explanation always makes me a little hesitant. However, I suppose I can honestly state that, in my opinion, casinos would rather not acknowledge that they are having persistent technical problems. When they do, however, it at least allays suspicions more than when the casino withholds an explanation or gives contradictory information. This is my opinion, but I recognize that others may have very different opinions, particularly if they have had some negative experiences.

By the way, how many are "several" days, please?

Ok Radka. I'll share my experience with them concerning verification delay. It's a little bit funny.


After uploading my docs and makig a withdrawal request I received a email message: "Please note however that our Security Filters have been triggered" then they asked for another selfie and another address doc bold noted that "bank statements cannot be used". I'll better share the further mail messages here:

 Strange, You don't accept bank statement, because you have a statement option to choose in documents page. I have uploaded my house natural consumption bill but it's in Armenian. The only language utility bills are issued in Armenia- Armenian, no exceptions.

However, I have also a translation made by Licensed and qualified translator of this exact Utility Bill (it was made by other request). So I attached to this email OFFICIALLY TRANSLATED UTILITY BILL of my own house.


If you just wish to delay withdrawal, you may request another bill.

I can claim it from a cell phone or electricity company, for example, but it will be exactly the similar format in two pages. And I will not going yo give it to a translation service as done this one. Why don't you like my house natural gas bill? Is "Gazprom" under sanctions by your casino?)


BTW Your casino is the second in my several years gambler experience who doesn't accept bank statements.

Player reviews estimate - "Good", this fact also speeks about that. Besides, I remember they should have good promotions.

If they fixed payment issues, it may worth to return to them to try luck.

😀 I have to say I admire the way communicated with them.

It almost looks like they were so hesitant to approve your documents and confirm your KYC positive result because the person or persons checking the details were not familiar with the Armenian system and language.

That is definitely an interesting probe showing how this process is handled. I'm truly pleased to see you've passed the verification. My more sceptical self was expecting a far more complicated end...

The main issue was that they didn't accept bank statements as an address proof document. Banks mostly print statements in English when requested even their operational language is different. At least 9 out of 10 casinos accept bank statements as address proof doc. Only couple casinos in my practice didn't.

The bank statement I sent them was in English it wasn't outdated and have my address on it. I had sent them also a bill in Armenian BUT I attached slso a translation of that exact bill of certified translator with their signature and stamp. That translation was made by demand of another casino which also surprisingly didn't accept bank statement. So those docs were more than enough to confirm my address and their demand to have also my cellphone bill was strange and wasn't reasonable anyway. However they accepted documents taking into account my arguments.

I am glad that you did it at the end, really.

Every casino it's different when it comes to the KYC and accepting documents, I believe. The main thing for me, though, is the communication with players and if and how they will explain what documents exactly they take into consideration.
