The license is fake as it has no enddate which is normally the case.
Because of that I do believe that Morespin en Slothub are from the same owner which is shady probably as they have changed the name of the owner again..

Das sagte ich bereits vor einigen Wochen.
Jedesmal wenn ich bei Morespin ein Spiel geschlossen habe bin ich auf der seite von Slothub gelandet!
War sehr merkwürdig aber es war so.
Die können nicht mal mit ehrlicher Kritik umgehen und behaupten gleich das man Unsinn redet nur weil man Geld verloren hat ^^
Langsam aber sicher werde ich das Casino leben auf den Nagel hängen.
Zu viele Betrüger unterwegs die glauben tun zu können was sie wollen.
Unfassbar was in den letzten Monaten für elebdige casinos auf den Markt kommen....

If you want to gamble safely it is the best to play with a Maltese licensed casino as they are regulated by MGA and since it is Europe there are more ways to file a dispute.
And of course MGA is checking their licensees on regular basis to not cheat and be a fair casino and not involved in some shady things.
It happens a lot with Curacao based casino's that when you deposit the merchant name is based in another country then the casino or have a name that is unknown, sometimes my card even got blocked due to a fraud flag by the card issuer. This is something I have not seen with Maltese casinos.

Stimme ich dir absolut zu.
Ich bin echt müde von all diesen Menschen die ihre ganze Energie dafür benutzen um andere zu betrügen oder ihnen zu schaden.
Was ist aus unserer Welt nur geworden...
Es gibt schon zu viele dieser casinos die denken sie können tun und lassen was sie wollen ohne Rücksicht auf die Leute die sie reich machen!

They currently have a license on their website from Curacao Interactive Licensing.
Just so you know this is a fake! license seal as the Licensor does not know this casino.
For the Casino Guru team, you should contact the Licensor and ask them if they are aware of this casino and owner...
Looks like another fake casino with some shady stuff.

Morespins and Slothub are related to Slotella, a casino I had problems with last year, I found out about this when I used the "forgot password" on my Slothub account but I received a mail from Slotella!!! And now that you say this, I got a promotional mail from Morespin, but I was never registered or had something to do with that casino, but I had accounts in Slotella and Slothub, I was told time ago by Slothub that their software provider is Red Lane (Slotella), but I have serious doubts and I think both Slothub and Morespins belong to Slotella, so I would recommend being careful, I closed my accounts months ago.

Ist doch ganz klar das sie es abstreiten was anderes erwartet man auch nicht.
Ich habe mich dort schon 1 Tag nach dem ich mich registriert habe abgemeldet und das Konto deaktivieren lassen.
Die sollen abstreiten was sie wollen aber Fakt ist das meine knapp 16 Jahre Erfahrung nicht täuscht.
Leute die seit kurzem spielen können die villeicht verarschen aber Menschen die lange spielen wissen schon wovon sie reden.
Ich persönlich spiele dort soweiso nicht mehr weswegen mich weitere Antworten von dem Casino garnicht mehr interessieren.
Ich persönlich bin der ganz festen Überzeugung das sie zu Morespin gehören und die spiele 100% nicht so laufen wie so sollten.
Ich spiele so viel und das so unfassbar lange das ich selber sofort merke wenn etwas nicht stimmt.
Wenn ein Casino die Spieler schon verarscht soll es sich bitte NICHT wundern wenn genau solche Kommentare auftauchen es ist ganz normal und auch gut so.
Immerhin zahlen wir hier Geld ein und müssen uns dann auch noch anhören das wir solche Kommentare NUR angeben weil man Geld verloren hat so die lächerliche Aussage von Morespin.
Einfach nur frech und respektlos warum sollte ich die nicht schlecht reden wenn sie die Leute verarschen?
Die Leute ziehen sich diese Vorwürfe nicht aus der Nase und ich persönlich schon garnicht.
Man kann alle Bewertungen die man abgegeben hat nachvollziehen und noch nie habe ich behauptet das ein casino gefälschte spiele anbietet & ich denke das sollte zum Teil auch respektiert werden wenn Mitglieder lange bei euch sind und keine Menschen sind die ständig negative Bewertungen abgeben.
Ich finde es mittlerweile so extrem nervig das all diese möchtegern Kartell Mitglieder die Leute hinter ihren Computern verarschen und auch noch so respektlose Antworten bringen in dem sie die Spieler auch so noch darstellen wollen das diese nur sowas schreiben weil sie Geld verloren haben 🤦🏻.
Hab viele tausende euros verloren und nicht 1 mal in meinem Leben habe ich negative Bewertungen oder Kommentare abgegeben nur weil ich Geld verloren habe.
Mittlerweile weiß ich ehrlich gesagt auch nicht mehr was ich von dem ganzen halten soll.
Macht so überhaupt kein Spaß mehr.

This casino has the exact same casino license as Morespin.com but only changed the name to their 'company'. However, their license does look fake given the following.
Their company name Viral Market LTD (so not Global Gaming Group which they mentioned first) is not mentioned on this website from PAGCOR:
If you take a good look on their casino license it expires on May 1st 2024 but the second page show an expiry date of November 1st 2026.
Also on the second page you read Winherld and Pagorite but no Viral Market which is very odd(again).
One thing for sure Morespin and Slothub are related somehow and it wont surprise me if they have the exact same owners as the layout is the same the license is the same. What are the odds two new casinos both choose to get a Philippine casino license while Costa Rica and Curacao are more common.

8/16 Deposit about 100 USD.
It was about 260USD, so I applied for a withdrawal.
But I'm not sure, but it was canceled.
I applied for a withdrawal of 400USD on 8/18 a little more, but it was canceled.
I received an email on 8/27 asking me to do KYC, so I gave you KYC documents.
Then there is no reply to chat or email.
This casino is trying to avoid payment by not accepting withdrawals.
The rate in such casinos should be 1-2

I think, therefore, that in this case there is nothing to wait for and it would be appropriate to file a complaint here. Since you have provided the casino with the documents and you have not received any response from them, I think this is the most sensible step to take.
