Hello. Does this mean that your account has already been fully verified or is it still in a state of being checked by the casino ? 

Additionally, how long have you been waiting for your withdrawal ? Please note that we give casinos 14 days to resolve both KYC and withdrawal requests.

Die sind betrüger. Ich habe schon seit 1 Monaten ein Anfrage geschickt, dass Sie mir History von meine Ein und Auszahlungen und Gewinn und Verluste schiecken. Sie haben verschiedene Unterlagen von mir gefordet. Hab geschickt. Dann musste ich warten. 3 Woche kein Antwort. Ich hab heute geschrieben und sie antworten dass Sie es mir nicht schicken und muss Anfrage von gesetzlichen Vertreter geschickt werden. Was für Quatsch.

Regarding the refund issue, I had a reply from my bank. He replied that from their side the sending of money to pleddo was carried out correctly and that the refund does not concern the bank but the company.

In my opinion, the bank is absolutely right. as long as they did the procedure correctly, they are not responsible. I believe that there will be no refund from any provider.

I know that when it has been dragging on for quite a long time you are unhappy, but let's try to think positively and assume that the situation will be resolved. I know it is difficult, but in this case there is nothing else to do. I am a firm believer that fairness will come out and you will get your money. Momus2006 Ltd. is a broker between bank and pleedo. All Curacao scamers need to open broker on some country in UE... so probably (like in other many cases...) Momus 2006 LTD did not transfer you funds to Pleedo 😉 Bank cannot lying to you (really bad consequences...) and there is something like swift and sepa system... pleedo is just another scam (fake rate by casino guru... ) and they (pleedo) scam you 😉

I haven't contacted my bank yet about this issue. What I'm mostly worried about is being accused of fraud/money laundering or anything like that. Because this whole thing seems really odd to me. That's why I would like to know what kind of experiences other's have had so far....

Hello!

I came here to give you an update and tell that my bank was able to retrieve the money back and they refunded it to me! The total sum was 5580€. It was quite a lengthy process as it took several months, but definitely worth the wait.

Wäre nett, wenn ihr bei den Auszahlungslimits hinzufügen würdet, dass das Casino Pledoo maximal 2 Auszahlungen pro 24h durchführt und alles darüber hinaus abgelehnt wird.

Thank you for this information. I forwarded it to our Data team, but I'm not sure it we can add it somewhere into the review since we generally state the withdrawal limits in a form that you can withdraw X amount per day / week / month etc.

Zusätzlich musste ich nun auch noch feststellen dass die Maximale Auszahlungssumme pro Jahr nur 150000€ sind. Auch das wäre mal erwähnenswert in euren Tests oder in den Informationen die ihr bereitstellt?

Wo wir schon bei den Auszahlungen sind:

Die 3000€ pro Tag sind nicht nur auf den Tag begrenzt sondern auch genau auf die Sekunde. Zahlt man wie ich am 23.12.2023 um 23:48:52Uhr 3000€ aus kann man die nächste Auszahlung zwar sofort beantragen, allerdings wird diese dann erst am 24.12.2023 um 23:48:53Uhr in die Bearbeitung gesetzt und kann ab diesem Zeitpunkt 24h in anspruch nehmen.


Wie alle Casinos die Auszahlungslimits haben, bin ich auch hier davon überzeugt, dass hier nicht viel Geld zur verfügung steht und man besser aufpassen sollte dass man ja nicht zuviel gewinnt. 🙂
