If they want to keep their reputation on here they will give you an answer but remember they are not obliged to. Also these SLIMY 🤮 casinos have it in their t@cs they can basically do what they want. Now you have the cash don't give it back to them, the rush when you get your cash makes you want to gamble again the psychology of a gambler.
I recall that. I'll say it this way: If you lost everything, complaining is pointless; if you did not, it's up to you. I think it would be worth a look, though.
