Thank you for your reply. I contacted lucky owl again today was tpld same thing technical problems so I could not make a withdrawal. I now have screen shots if this same excuse going all gje way back to Feb 2th. Every time uses the same excuse and says i may make a withdrawal once it is fixed. I also have an email that states the same thing.

You request anything I had supporting my claim. How would you like me to get it to you. I can attach it all to this thread or the easiest way would be to email it all to you. Please inform me how to proceed. If its via email provide me with an address.

Hi, if it's still the same problems and it's been going on for quite a long time according to what I've seen, it would be best if you filed a complaint here on this link. Our team will be available to try and help you with this whole situation because I know it is certainly not pleasant to wait for over a month and still get the same answer and no solution. 

However, it would be best if you wrote from one account so that everything is simple.

Yes and I will correct the dual acct problem. The reason i posted today with specifics was because I had been told to try to settle it here. Just read responses to my original post. Thank you for the insight and advice. Of course i will pursue this pthey owe me $625 and I will use any legal means to get my money.

system rejects it so there os no withdrawal pending it is setting in my account. I lnow they want me to get upset and start playing it. I know that is what they want and I am not falling for that. I hoped that has answered upur question. I have been tied up the last couple of days but I intend to file a formal complaint tomorrow

Yes everything is all set as I had already received a withdrawal on 2/22 so I ended up playing more and getting a good little hit which I can't withdraw. There has been no explanation of what the technical issue. I have written many emails with no response. The live chat agents have told me to just wait but no timetable at all nor any other information of what is being "worked on". I've asked to speak with a manager several times but no one is ever available. What can be done?

When you don't have any updates and the casino hasn't tried to explain anything more, it's not pleasant. 

However, we give casinos 14 days to resolve a withdrawal, so if you go beyond that and still nothing changes, you can file a complaint with us and our team will try to help you. 

Anyway, did you get your previous withdrawal without any problems or were there any technical issues?

Thank you for responding. Yes it is extremely frustrating to be left in the dark about $1500. The first withdrawal was $35 and there were absolutely no issues at all. I went and deposited the next day after I received the withdrawal and won the money that same day February 23rd and have not been able to withdraw since.

In my opinion, this casino allows no stress withdrawal when the sum is pretty low. Which is quite handy unless you find yourself in this situation, am I right?

Just to exclude the external technical issues, does this particular casino use any kind of third-party verification tools or apps, like Inclave, for instance?

Not saying to be directly bound to withdrawals, but you know I prefer to be certain even in such details.

I really hope the casino is doing its best to resolve it, on the other hand, it has been quite some time, and I did get the impression that things have been moving onward much.

Are you perhaps familiar with any other payment option you could use? Cryptoexchage seems more suitable as a last option resort. 🤷‍♂️ Should be the easiest, as far as I can tell.

If I may, when you say formal complaint, are you talking about contacting their licensing authority or Casino Guru Resolution Center, please?

It's just that this company is not licensed at all, so I want to make sure you are aware of that.
