That's the only thing I can think why they are stalling over paying you. Because it's a very lardge win they have to check that the source to fund your high roller VIP deposits come from a legitimate source, for instance you have a well paid job or an inheritance they will need to check the source of income as it's nearly a near one million pound payment. As long as you can prove where you got your gambling cash from then you will get your money= hopefully

Some updates guys. They've allowed me back into the account, but still won't let me withdraw.

I was able to take more evidence, so I'm posting it here to see what you guys think.

First of all, one of my big wins playing Dog House Megaways: https://replay.pragmaticplay.net/JPGChGMjBU

Next, a bunch of screenshots of my pnl, my transactions, my current balance, and proof that I have completed verification.

By the way, the balance is lower than $950,000 because I played more slots for a bit after I was able to get into the account

Please, be careful with your balance! I'm sure you know what I mean.

I'd say things are moving out now great to see you are once again allowed to enter the account, just mind the balance.

As goes for all those screenshots - wise steps indeed. Can you also update the complaint? Adams needs to know, I'm sure.

Let's see what comes next, I'm hoping for the best!

Im still of the opinion that it's the source of funding your gambling that has to be scrutinized. One of the reasons I chose to play non Gambling Commission casinos was that I didn't want anyone looking into my bank accounts to establish source of funds as I thought it was an intrusion of my privacy and nobody's business but mine.

I might be barking up the wrong tree ( dog house meagaways ) and stand to be corrected if I'm wrong, but whatever we all just want to see you get your Cash 🤩

It's good they reopened the account, things are moving forward. I would recommend to leave the balance untouched, if you manage to win more or if there is additional gameplay to review it may delay a solution. Good luck!

I feel like whenever you play in casinos that are licensed under UKGC, you can feel safer in a sense that whenever the casino tries to do anything unfair towards you, there's an authority that can help you (not just theoretically, but they actually help players). On the other hand, playing under UKGC also has its cons as you mentioned. I also believe they crossed the line between player's protection and an intrusion of player's privacy. Unfortunately UK isn't an exception in this sense.

I want to update everyone on things.

They are asking for my source of funds, and proof of address. I have provided both of these.

I am attaching my email correspondence with them here.

Basically they've asked me to find how I got my first ever crypto. That's too long ago, it's not possible. I have been using crypto for ages. I've provided a screenshot of a withdrawal from one of the other casinos I've played at, for an amount that is greater than the deposits I made into Gamdom. So I believe that will be enough.

But CasinoGuru, can you please explain how Gamdom can be allowed to still have those claims about me without justification?? It's unbelievable that they can just say that and not even explain. If they are still waiting for news from the game makers, then THEY DONT HAVE ANY EVIDENCE TO ACCUSE ME OF ANYTHING.

This is very very unfair.

Anyway I hope they will finally pay my money now

I really want to play my account again but I know what you said about leaving the balance. Do you think maybe I can play a bit of slots again or is it a bad idea?

Because it's such a large amount they are duty bound to check your source of funds by UKGC regulations. Stick with it and follow their enquiries and provide the what they ask for. Remember this kind of money win is not an every day occurrence so be patient. As for gambling your balance I know it's tempting but I would leave it for a week🤔

While I do understand a proof of funds could be neccessary when deposits are a bit too high when compared to the average deposit amount made by the rest of the userbase, when it comes to crypto I find it ridiculous to prove the source of it, mostly because I only keep track of P/L as a WHOLE because keeping track of every single operation I make would take so much time (stakings, tokens trades, liquidity pools participation, casino transactions, etc) imagine if I had to track every single transaction I make to later prove it? In my country I don't even get taxed for these gains, so my crypto activity is completely unknown, keeping a strict record is unnecessary (to me).

Since you used own crypto you won in other casino, the proof of funds could be a screenshot of that other casino completed withdrawal, right? To me that seems enough

I still recommend you to abstain from playing there, since your account is under review, if you play they will have additional gameplay to review which would cause a delay in the case, and also I don't think it's a good a idea to reward with turnover to a casino that is mistreating you. If you want to play I would recommend to simply bet on any other casino, at least for now, I suppose you have verified accounts with other casinos, it would be better to use these

I would call that a bad idea - do not start playing with your balance now, please.

Let's avoid unnecessary risk.🤞

I'd like to provide another update.

As I've mentioned, I have provided source of funds and wealth for the deposits I made into my Gamdom account. I deposited around 7,000 EUR total before I got some big wins and I never had to deposit from non-winnings again. Basically I put 7k in and all the rest is wins.

They are trying to tell me that I need to justify my wealth for the deposits I made later, which all came from WINS ON THEIR CASINO.

I am attaching the email correspondence here.

I also now want to mention something completely outrageous, which is the spam calling that Gamdom is subjecting me to. Look at this:

file

They are calling me, my fiancee and my business partner non-stop with spam. Either that or they have leaked my number.

This has massively crossed the line. You don't get personal like this. They are trying to scare me into backing down.

I am absolutely disgusted by what they're doing.

And if they think they can get more personal information out of me now, they're wrong.

I need CasinoGuru's help, and the community, to get my money paid. How can a casino be allowed to get away with such disgusting behaviour?

Don't be intimidated by any bully boy tactics. The best way is to see it as a game they are playing with you. Keep providing the information they asked you for also see if Radka thinks that you can submit a complaint on here and see if they will impart represent you for extra support. They are not happy because it's a massive pay out in relation to your deposits but just stick with it for whats rightfully yours

vor 1 Jahr

Look how unreasonable they are being. And they are also being very aggressive in their emails.

Is it possible that this casino has no money to pay people and does not want players to withdraw?

Please can I get some advice about what I should do.

hello did you send all the right documents? I have never had trouble withdrawing from any casino. Just give them time I’m sure it will be resolved quickly and congratulations on the win.

There was one time I had to prove my source of funds, it was on betfair, made deposits of something around 14000 euros in two weeks to bet and trade on horse racing and tennis, the verification was somewhat quick, I just shared a bank statement showing transactions of around 2 months before I made these deposits (the bank statements also showed the skrill deposits I made), and it was enough to complete that verification. Have you tried sharing a bank statement with them? I know this is really invasive because they basically can see into your personal finances but there is not much to do.

Also, that behavior is extremely abusive, why are they calling that much? If it's not them, who else could it be?

Try this: explain what you do for a living, share a bank statements and if you made deposits to binance with your cards and if these transactions are visible it would help, if all the crypto you have was bought P2P or with bitcoin teller machines then there is no way to prove how you obtained your crypto, unless you have any record of the buys you made. By the moment try sharing a bank statement with them, they might even want to know what you do for a living, your earnings and all kind of information proving your source of funds, this is extremely annoying but quite honestly there are no other options besides cooperating.

And this apart: if you know your deposits are higher than what the average player deposits, you should stick to big casinos that are clearly liquid, Gamdom is not a small casino but it's not in the same league as Stake, LeoVegas or Bitstarz, and yes, when casinos try to delay withdrawals with made-up cases it's because they have no intention to pay, I have seen many cases like that. So stick to the big casinos from now on
