They just sent me message saying they were closing my account but wouldn’t tell me why but when I phoned they said it was because I raised multiple disputes for the same merchant

Grottobooks und helpersm sind identische Händler mit unterschiedlichen Namen, die Kontaktadressen sind ebenso unterschiedlich. Habe immer zum selben Zeitpunkt die selben Mails erhalten - als Antwort/Rückmeldung. Ein KYC Verfahren habe ich bei denen auch durchgeführt, mit Selfie ect. Aber bis heute keine Rückzahlung bekommen!
