Ich habe 50 Euro eingezahlt und 100 Freispiele erhalten. Aus diesen Freispielen hatte ich 30 Euro gewonnen. dieses Geld war dann auf einmal weg. Der Kundenservice hat mir dann weitere 100 Freispiele gutgeschrieben. Ich gewann 17 Euro diese waren dann auch weg. Der Kundendienst sagte er leite es weiter an die zuständige Abteilung. Ich habe dann wieder eingezahlt und wieder 100 Freispiele erhalten. Einen weiter Bonus in höhe von 50 Euro. Beides lies sich nicht aktiviere. Nach einer weiteren Einzahlung das selbe Spiel. Ich habe jetzt 200 Freispiele und 86 Euro Bonus. Beides lässt sich nicht aktivieren. der Kundendienst gibt immer nur Standartantworten dass sie es weiterleiten an die zuständige Abteilung. Ich schrieb dann sie sollen mir meine Einsätze zurück zahlen und dann können sie ihre Boni behalten. Immer die gleiche Antwort. Ich soll mich gedulden. Sie haben es weiter gegeben.
