Very bad casino.

When you win big they will do everything for delays and not to pay.

They asking more and more documents which you can't provided (you can see complaint from another player, I have absolutely the same situation).

Also they don't have any responsible gaming options which can leave you possibility to withdraw you money. You can block your acc for any period, but it'll be also impossible to withdraw your money.

Unfortunately, I am not able to speed things up, as every and each complaint has its own timer set. It is due to an enormous number of complaints our team needs to handle and it is not always possible to get to the complaint every day.

Please understand that, and your complaint resolver will be replying to you as soon as possible.
