This is a horrible casino. There customer support people are extremely rude they want to call you a liar and then threaten to ban you from chat if you say something they don't like. No I do not have any money in them that I can't get out. This is what I feel about their customer service reps. Anytime you try to speak with them no matter what its regarding they are extremely rude and don't even listen to you..they just immediately say your wrong or a liar.
