Ich sage auch nicht, dass du etwas falsch gemacht hast. Aber in einem Kommentar gegenüber B7casino stand wohl, dass ich kein Geld erhalten habe, aber das stimmt nicht. Aufgrund eines Fehlers meiner Bank hatte B7casino kein Geld von mir erhalten, sie haben dieses mit meiner Erlaubnis von meinem Konto abgebucht. ...das Problem bleibt bestehen, dass mein Konto gesperrt ist und ich meine Auszahlung von 3000 Euro nicht erhalte und noch 1400 Euro auf meinem Konto sind. Auf E-Mails wird nicht geantwortet. Weitere Informationen finden Sie oben. Ich habe eine Beschwerde bei Ihnen eingereicht und weiß nicht, was ich sonst tun soll ... Entschuldigung

Ich habe dies sofort gemeldet, als ich die Beschwerde eröffnet habe, aber Sie haben es falsch übersetzt, aber ich war sofort offen und ehrlich. Fakt ist, dass ich jetzt keine Schulden mehr bei ihnen habe. Und doch ist alles blockiert. Und so bekomme ich mein Geld nicht. Ich bin verifiziert und alles von ihnen. Frühere Auszahlungen habe ich immer ordentlich erhalten. Damals waren es nur 50 Euro oder 100 Euro am Stück, jetzt sind es 3000 Euro und dann noch die 1400, die auf meinem Konto sind.

I am deeply disappointed with my experience at b7 Casino. After winning a significant amount of $6000, I have yet to receive any payout, despite multiple attempts to contact customer service.


After a week of waiting and repeated assurances from the casino that the issue is being "treated with high priority," I am left with no response and without my money. The lack of communication and transparency on their part is shocking.


I am deeply disappointed and frustrated by this experience.

May I ask if your account at this casino is fully verified and if you've had any successful withdrawals before?

Yes my account is fully verified, I have 3 successful withdrawals already.


But my case is not about withdrawals, my case is about not receiving winning money on May 1, 2024. While playing the game XXXTreme Lightning Roulette on May 1, 2024, I won 6,000 euros. The amount appeared in my account and within 1 minute it literally disappeared. In my game history (screenshot) you can see that I won at 21:18:08, 6000 euros.
