So. I've been a fan of lucky acorn for well over a year and play everyday. I have successfully redeemed winnings multiple times and never waited more than 24 hours for it to hit my account. I am verified. I have put a decent amount of money into this casino, too.


On February 20,2024, I redeemed two times in the amount of 30 dollars each. It is now March 12th. And I have gotten not a dime. When I hit the contact button, I get a bot email saying staff is out for the weekend (regardless of what day I do it, I've tried every day of the week) and as soon as they return I will receive help or a response. I still have heard nothing and can't find a phone number to call. What do I do?? I was REALLY depending on those winnings....

May I first ask if you are talking about the Acorn App, is that right? If so, unfortunately we won't be able to help you out, as we do not have apps in our database. You can have a look at this thread 👈 we have, where many players wrote to us about their issues with this mobile app. Please let me know, in case I am mistaken, and you are talking about real online casino. The best, if I can recommend, is to post the casinos URL, as well, so we can make sure, which casino are you referring to.

Normally, I have no trouble with Acorn Casino. Today I deposited $20 and right away my account went to

Internal Error. I cannot log in or anything else. I have also cashed out with them with no problems.

Hi, does this situation of yours still persist ? Can't you log in to your account ? Have you tried to write an email to the casino to advise you what you should do ? 

However, according to our review I see that this casino is closed. So do you mean the casino or the app ? 🤔

I played the game all day and night and when I went to do my kyc verification I took the pictures and uploaded my id and it says it was unable to verify my identity now I have money sitting and no way to get it back someone please help me

I'm sorry you go through this kind of situation, but unfortunately, we won't be able to help you out of it, as you probably play on the Acorn app. Is that right?

We've had a few players in the same situation as you, and that is why we decided to create this thread 👈 to inform everyone about this app.

The reason why we don't include these kinds of apps in our database is that we don't know how safe they are, and it is always better to play at real online casinos where we can always try and help with messy situations if possible.

How long have you been using this app, and have you ever been able to withdraw your winnings?
