I understand and when did you enter the withdrawal ? As I mentioned we give casinos 14 days and if the casino said it should take a week, I would recommend to be a bit more patient and wait and see how it develops. Have you verified your account yet ?

First of all this casino is not closed. And I’ve had nothing but a good experience. I’ve cashed out over $1200. The first cash out took 9 days but I gave them the wrong email address. They still sent the money after investigating. withdrawal after that has been 24 hours or less.

Hello, I don't really understand the problem you have in this casino. The question is how you can win. Probably just by playing in the casino. 

As for the cashout, I wonder if you have to have some funds that can be withdrawn in order to see such an option. If not, you can ask support where you can find this feature and if there is a problem in the app, try reinstalling it or log in to the casino site and don't use the app to make a withdrawal.

Hey, you said you haven't had any problems in the casino so far, which could be a good sign. 

But regarding your verification, you didn't even get any answer why your document is rejected even though you actually see it as accepted ? How long has your situation been going on ? I think it will probably be necessary to wait a bit longer and give the casino some time, and when you know what the problem is, I hope it can be solved. 

Eventually, if nothing happens and the casino doesn't allow you to withdraw or doesn't give you any answer about your verification, let us know and we'll try to help you.

Update: still no resolution on my proof of residence verification. I got on my bank account and saw a pending charge for three dollars, where this casino is trying to withdraw three dollars out of my account??? So they are making it hard for me to get my money but they’re taking money out of my account?? However I did discover, that trying to withdraw smaller amounts did not ask me for my verification, so I withdrew less amounts at a time, and they have already been approved. This is not how I wanted to receive my money, a little at a time, but I’m going for it before my money disappears. I will update as I find out more.
