I have also successfully secured one withdrawal from them. That was about 12 months ago.
They have failed to process anything since. If you got one, that's great. Take your money and never play with them again.

Update with big candy they approved my second deposit 2500 and fee is 108.50. Fee is extremely high.
800 withdrawal still pending maybe next Monday or Tuesday hopefully.
Anyway that would mean 10 more day . 3 weeks to get my fund. All up 3 weeks time from the withdrawal. Which is really long waiting time. NOT complaining hope it come through !

3rd withdrawal never approve until now! Since 20 June til now ! More than 10 working day waiting which is late.
Customer service reply chat all the time keep answering the same answer high volume withdrawal bla bla bla. Email them they don't reply !
So this is no good who would wait 2 > 3 weeks or months just to withdrawal money !
So this casino is hopeless, I thought they pay on time in 2 weeks which is still late but money safe.
