Heads up guys.....


My account was fully verified with Primebetz.


I signed up and deposited. They gave me a bonus. I cancelled this and played with my cash.


No withdrawal methods were showing, they told me coinspad should be. I had to deposit 10 euros with skrill to activate skrill as a method. I then withdrew half my balance with skrill.


Two days later they cancelled my withdrawal, retroactively unverified my proof of address (against the law?) and removed all withdrawal methods.


The chat unfortunately has lied to me and the lady who was emailing me 'Ella' has just stopped.


Need some help here. They are also new so good to put this on here to stop other players getting caught if they are yet another scam site

Unsurprisingly when I told them to close the account and I would not be playing my government issued POSTED Proof of address was rejected.


See the attached. No reason given, no reason given why my previous proof of address was verified and then UNVERIFIED!

I uploaded a goverment issued posted proof of address 2 hours ago, unsurprisingly you rejected it within 2 hours. No explanation, also no explanation as to why the previous proof of address was approved and then when I wanted to cashout retroactively UNVERIFIED!


I am not uploading a 30 day skrill statement for a 10 euro skrill deposit I ONLY MADE BECAUSED YOU TOLD ME TO AS YOUR CRYPTO WITHDRAWAL WAS NOT SHOWING AND I NEEDED TO ACTIVATE IT FOR WITHDRAWALS. ALSO THE LINK YOU SENT DIDN'T EVEN WORK!


I am not playing at your site and do not have copious amounts of proof of addresses for you to verify and then retroactively unverify with no explanation.


I have made clear I want my full balance (all from cashplay no bonus) withdrawn and my account closed. I simply have zero trust in behaviour like this and am sick of you new sites popping up and scamming people.

This is either resolved of as you are aware 'ELLA' this is going down the legal route.

Just so people are aware these scammers have just flagged my review on trustpilot and it had it removed. See attached.


No issue, Im sending everything in evidence to have it reinstated and am sharing my experience on more sites.

Just so in the future other players can see proof. Attached is the email where they verified me days ago.


Attached is also the shot of my skrill from last 30 days and the 10 euros ELLA told me to deposit (Which my wife had to send me). SO I could activate the withdrawal methodfilefile.

I think it would be best to wait for another update from the casino representative. 🤔

With luck, the complaint won't be necessary, yet I see you also aim to inform the community, for which I'd like to thank you.

I'm afraid all updates have been completely useless and the representative 'Ella' has put more effort into removing my reviews from other sites.

When a site verifies, then unverifies you and every subsequent document they refuse with no explanation you know this is ending in a very messy way (I've looked back on CG forum at casinos exhibiting this behaviour).

It would be good if warning posts were linked to reviews on your site maybe? Lots of instances this year where it would of helped players.

Hello, I see you didn't wait for anything and so you eventually opened the complaint. I have already read your problem, because you shared it in another thread and it will be important to wait how the situation will develop and where our team will get to. 

Anyway, all the documents you gave to the casino for verification were rejected again, yes ? It's quite a complicated situation and I'm curious to see how it all turns out in the end. Could you let me know when you have new information ?

As previously stated many times I DID PROVIDE AN ALTERNATIVE POA. It was a government issued bill. You rejected it.


I do not have copious amounts of POAS. You approved one, then retroactively unverified it. My second document you rejected with no explanation.


The only thing I have left is a pdf phone bill? Will this do? (although I have zero Trust given you verified one POA and then retrospectively unverified when I said I didn’t want to play at your casino and requested my full balance…..)

Yes, I saw that the account was already verified once, but when you wrote that the documents were unverified retroactively (address), it means that the account is not verified yet and you have to make a supplementary one. However, I understand that if there is a problem and the casino keeps rejecting your alternative document, it must be a hassle. 

Anyway, you still have an open complaint, so we'll see where we get if the problems persist. But I am hopeful that you will be able to upload a document that will be suitable for the casino, and you will be fully verified again and be able to get your money out. Let us know how it goes.

A casino cannot verify you and then when you ask for your balance and account to be closed subsequently unverify you. That is effectively theft and coercion.


I supplied an alternative government issued posted proof of address. That was rejected with no explanation. It is unreasonable to expect individuals to have copious amounts of POAs. What is the point anyway in supplying them when they get be verified, then unverified and/or rejected with no reason given. Its entrapment and incredibly dodgy.

I see what you mean. I just looked at your complaint where the casino wrote that they are waiting for your additional POA. You say you have sent it several times and it has always been rejected. I'm curious how this is going to turn out, because it's quite a strange situation, but not a difficult one to resolve, in my opinion. So I will wait for your update whether you managed to verify it or not.

It's difficult if you can't come to an agreement with the casino on such a thing. I personally don't find it complicated at all and on the one hand I understand that the casino has some procedures, but on the other hand I don't understand what is wrong with the POA that you gave for verification again. 

Anyway, we will just have to wait and see how it turns out in the end. I'll believe that well.

Having played online for 7 years this is behaviour of a poor/unethical site.

Verifying a document and then unverifying a document is nothing short of criminal and an attempt to steal money.

They are not attempting any form of resolution, simply saying 'Send in another POA'. Attempting to ignore the reality that my original POA was verified then unverified. Also ignoring the fact I did send in another POA which they rejected with no explanation. ALSO ignoring the reality I suggested the only thing I have left which I have left a phone/net bill pdf.


They have however found time to send my promotions daily by emails, despite banning me from them, and having my review constantly flagged on trustpilot.


The complaint speed on this site is also so slow that it is difficult to see this ever being resolved, which is one of the reasons why rogue casinos like this manage to thrive.

I understand that it is certainly not a pleasant situation when the casino does not try to help you and everything goes slowly and without any coherent result. 

However, as far as the complaint is concerned, you are not the only one who has a complaint, but many other players who need help as well. That's why I would like you to be more patient, because it's not possible to solve everything right away. From your complaint I see that the ball is in the casino's court and now they have to answer, so we'll see where it goes from here. When you have an update, don't hesitate to let us know.

I didnt say I was the only one who has a complaint.


I'm just providing a little feedback. My experience thus far is the person handling my complaint is extremely slow to reply, (its been over 5 days). The casino is actually quicker even though they aren't saying anything of note.
