Hello Casino Guru,

I am reaching out to share my experience with Gamdom in the hopes of receiving guidance and support regarding a distressing situation I am currently facing.

Recently, my 15-year-old child gained unauthorized access to my Gamdom account and cryptocurrency wallet. They made a series of deposits and proceeded to gamble away a total of approximately $1,600. This has caused severe financial distress for me, as I am now unable to cover essential expenses like rent and payments for people I owe money to.

To make matters worse, my child did this without any understanding of the consequences, and I feel both devastated and sick to my stomach about the situation. I deeply regret not having taken more measures to secure my accounts, but I never anticipated something like this could happen.

I have since asked my child to provide a written statement acknowledging their actions. I am requesting that Gamdom consider this as an isolated case of unauthorized access and review my situation for a possible refund of the money lost. I would also appreciate it if my account could be permanently banned so that this cannot happen again.

I understand that Gamdom’s refund policy has specific guidelines, but given the extraordinary nature of this case and the fact that the deposits were made without my consent, I am hoping that someone from the support team at Gamdom, or with expertise in such matters, could review my case and offer assistance. The loss is substantial, and I need to resolve this urgently to avoid further financial hardship.

I am really sorry about this whole situation you experienced.

Unfortunately, we are unable to help in such a situation, and I really am not sure if the casino will be able to do something either.

I believe it was already explained to you when you tried to file a complaint by our team:

"The responsibility for securing your login information and e-wallet falls on the account holder. Since your child gained unauthorized access through your details, it is difficult for the casino to be held accountable for the situation."

Therefore, I would only recommend securing all your credentials to online casinos so no one can access those in the future. 🙏

Ur team is able to help , since in their refund agreement they are obliged to refund me if I provide a sworn statement or any legal stamped document stating that a minor or other person used my account. And I have provided it to the casino and they are putting it under review again. But they are extending the process by keep on responding. I can provide u the screenshots u need.

And they didn’t ask for ID verification once when my child used the gambling site, which is against their TOS to allow underage gambling.

I think you may have mistaken Casino Guru with the Gamdom Casino in a few points. We have no refund agreement, for instance. Im truly sorry, but for now there is nothing we can do.

But they allowed underage gambling site, even the local police center agrees to our situation. We just need a bit of pressure for external sources. In Gamdoms refund Agreement there is clearly stated

I understand where you're headed with this.

Just try to think about it closer for a moment: The child used your credentials to access your account under which the loss occurred. It is a violation of the multi-account rule, and more importantly, the child pretented to be you, so the casino employees have no chance to spot a difference. Have you been asked to present your ID every time you log in?

Although I am very sorry for what you have gone through, it seems like the cause is elsewhere.

They never asked my child to verify this credentials , and allowed underage gambling. We got a sworn statement from the police. Forging such a document or lying the local police would be fraud and could lend us in jail. Do you think the police would have allowed us to obtain a legal document like that ? With out my son having to proof it to them that it was in deed him who did it. He went alone to the police , I was out of town. I can proof that with my plane ticket and that my son was home alone and was able to gamble with out being verified? Isn’t a casino obliged to verify his age?

We would appreciate it heavily if u could provide any kind of pressure so that Gamdom hurries up with their investigation, because currently after I provided the legal document from the police they have stopped responding to our messages in life support.

I had forgotten about the existence of Gamdom, The last time i had placed a bet was in 28 of december. My son was able to log in, and gamble 1698$ with out having to be verified. The largest amount I had bet my self was 50$. So how didn't it raise any flags and how did they allow someone to gamble such a large amount and deposit such a large amount in such a short moment. There was no verification. And even if he was able to use my credentials. My account wasn't ID verified , which can show that any minor could have logged in and played, but as well I have a sworn statement that a Minor accesed my account and played. So according to their rules they have to refund us. So we beg u out of our heart, please find any way to help us. We are heavily struggling right now. And are ready to face any consequences as long as we are able to receive our money back. We are ready to be excluded and IP banned

I was explaining how rules and procedures work in online casinos, which has very little relation to your response, I'm afraid. I do not follow the part about legal documents or sworn statements.

The situation cannot be undone, and we are not able to help you.

If you let your credentials go unguarded, allowing anyone else to take advantage of them, despite. I understand it has never been your intention; it was also not a casino's fault either.

As I said before, have you been asked to provide your ID each time you log into your account? I guess not. That's the point. the trsm specifically say:

"You will use this Website and your Gamdom.com Account solely and exclusively for the purpose of Your genuine participating in the Games "

I have no idea what it must have felt like, and I empathize with you very much; sadly, we cannot help you by any means



No , my child created this account. We had nothing to do with it. That’s the problem, and he gambled away all the money.

I had used gamdom a long time ago, but on a different account. My son had seen me gamble before. And had created a different account on which he gambled that sum. I only figured out of his gambling account once I saw how much money had exited my crypto wallet.
