Been playing for a while now and have had some nice wins on the site.
What lets them down is the really slow withdrawals, the customer service team advise withdrawals are processed within 24-72 hours but second week in a row my withdrawal has taken 5 days. This in itself wouldn’t be too bad but when you chase customer service you get a mixed bag of responses , two agents said the withdrawal would be with me in a couple of hours, (it wasn’t) another told me they have no way of knowing how long it will take, when I emailed I was pretty much told it would be done when it’s done and I should have used crypto id I wanted it done fast. Wish customer service was more upfront and less vague with there responses, even as the slowest casino I’ve dealt with for withdrawals they would be my go to if the customer service could provide some kind of accurate timeline or updates on your withdrawals
