I've been a member for about a year or so and apart from the very low low withdrawal limits, i havent really had any complaints... until now. I tried to log into my account just to have an error message appear saying my account is not activated. I contacted live chat and they said that my account had been 'temporarily blocked' and that if i wanted more info i'd have to email support. I did so and a week later they still have not bothered to reply, my account is still blocked and i have had no warning or contact from anybody at all!

- Block account without any warning or explanation.
- Lower RTP on all slots than the 'official' provider RTP's and than any other casino... for example the average RTP on all pragmatic slots is 2% lower than other casino and on hacksaw slots its 4% lower!
- Very slow withdrawal times, withdrawal to Skrill took 3 days.. was trying to withdraw €1200, they have €400 daily limit, took 8 days to get full amount!
