But when you have problem, they ignore you. I was locked on the sister site due to addiction. But This casino dont locked me, so i contact them again after losing money and also ask for refund. But the chat support doesn't even know where they work. I was talking to them about my addiction and how sad I was for getting ignored by email when i ask for closing my account. The girl in the chat doesn't ask me for details or account. Then she started to talk about a casino I never heard about. Rollingslots. She told me to send them email and gave me info about them. I had to inform her that this was not Rollingslots, This is wildtokyo. So if you wondering why you don't get locked or not been protected. It's because the support you talk to not even know who You are or where they Work. I also request to get data about my personal details. This was a year ago. I have send a lots of emails, but still not get any response, the data i request or the refund. I should not recomend This casino. The protecting is really bad, the support is really bad, and they ignore players who try to reach them.
