It is not possible to withdraw with same method as you deposited with.
I deposited with crypto but they dont let me withdraw with the same method.
They ask me to choose another option which made me try an e-wallet instead but then that methiod is not possible to deopist with instead.

I would save my money from this casino and spend it at another more established and trust worthy casino.

Die Gewinne des Spielers wurden zu Unrecht reduziert.

Der Spieler aus Deutschland hatte 910 Euro bei Slota eingezahlt, einen Bonus von 800 Euro erhalten und alle Umsatzbedingungen erfüllt. Sein Gesamtguthaben reduzierte sich jedoch aufgrund einer neu eingeführten maximalen Auszahlungsregel von 6400 Euro auf 1000 Euro, die seiner Aussage nach zum Zeitpunkt seiner Einzahlung nicht in Kraft war. Er bat um Klärung dieser Angelegenheit. Das Problem wurde gelöst, da die konfiszierten Gewinne in Höhe von 5388 Euro seinem Konto wieder gutgeschrieben wurden und er erfolgreich eine Gesamtauszahlung von 3500 Euro erhielt. Die Beschwerde wurde nun geschlossen, da mit der Auszahlung des Restbetrags in Kürze zu rechnen war.

Der Spieler aus Finnland versucht, nach einer Einzahlung für einen Willkommensbonus Geld abzuheben, hat jedoch Probleme mit der Kontobestätigung. Nach dem Hochladen eines zunächst gekürzten Zahlungsbelegs wird sein Konto schließlich geschlossen, da die Überprüfung nicht innerhalb von 30 Tagen durchgeführt werden konnte. Dies führt zum Verlust aller seiner Gewinne.

Der Spieler „Jakkson“ wollte eine Einzahlung tätigen und bei fehlgeschlagenen Einzahlungsversuchen im Casino wurden 8000 NOK vom Bankkonto des Benutzers abgebucht. Die Gelder wurden weder zurückerstattet noch dem Casino-Konto gutgeschrieben. Trotz Einreichung eines Anspruchs bei der Bank leitet das Casino den Benutzer ohne weitere Hilfe an die Bank weiter. Von da an keine Informationen mehr.
