I've never done this kind of bets, but I'm thinking - I don't even see the dogs number 2 and 5 on the screen so isn't it possible that the Dog 3 was simply behind all of them and his number will appear on the screen a bit later?
ACHTUNG: Der 200% First Deposit Bonus ist x60. In den AGB steht zwar x40 auf den Bonusbetrag, das Casino rechnet den Einzahlungsbetrag aber ebenfalls zum Bonusguthaben. Das ist Betrug, das Casino sieht das natürlich anders....

ja, ich habe gestern 200€ eingezahlt und hatte mit dem 200% Bonus 600€ Guthaben auf meinem Konto. Als
Wager wurde mir 24.000€ angezeigt. Laut AGB hätten es 16.000€ = x40 vom Bonusbetrag sein müssen). Im LiveChat wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass sich die Einzahlung ja in Bonusguthaben verwandelt und daher mitzählen würde. Dieses Argument habe ich so noch von keinem Casino gehört.

Ich lese mir die AGB immer durch. In den AGB vom Power Casino steht, dass der Bonusbetrag bei dem 200% Bonus 40x umgesetzt werden muss. Der Bonusbetrag ist für mich der Betrag, der auf meine Einzahlung draufgerechnet wird, in dem Fall 200%. Das Casino sieht das anders. Was sollte ich dagegen machen?

If they apply wagering on your own money (the money you deposited), then it's all wrong. You shouldn't have a wagering requirement applied to your own money (except the usual 1x-5x wagering, which is the basic anti money-laundering rule, preventing you from an instant withdrawal after you make a deposit).

I'm sorry if the information from our support agent was somehow incorrect, however our bonus rules clearly states, that all bonus funds are subject to the turnover:
5. After accepting the Bonus, the deposit amount is combined with the Bonus amount and then credited to the balance of the bonus funds.
7. The bonus balance is subject to a 40-fold turnover before you can use or withdraw the funds. You can check the remaining wager amount in the Account tab.
As you can see, it is clearly said that your deposit amount will be combined with the bonus amount, and transferred to the bonus funds balance, after that the "bonus balance" is a subject to the turnover, and not the "amount of bonus". So everything is correct: the wager is counted from the whole amount: 200 euro of the deposit + 400 euro of the bonus. 600x40=24 000.
If you think, these phrases don't give full clarification, or, maybe, there is an issue in German translation of the bonus rules, please, tell us, and we will think on how we can change the phrasing.

We never apply wager to the player's own money, even for AML rules.
The wager is only applied when the player accepts the bonus. In that case the amount of the deposit is combined with the bonus amount. The cumulative deposit+bonus amount is transferred to the bonus funds balance and the wager multiplier is applied to it.
If the player does not accept the bonus, wagering is never applied.
Hi, yes, I understand that, but still. I understand the X wagering requirement on the bonus that you give to the player including all other conditions like max. bet, max. withdrawal etc.
But how can you apply 40x wagering requirement on real money that were deposited by the player? I understand that the player can choose whether they want to accept the bonus or not, but it still doesn't make the bonus better anyway. So basically by accepting this bonus, the player converts their own money to bonus money. I'm looking at the bonus page here and I don't think that even our team that did the review understood the conditions. I'll need to check it with them in the morning.
