I'm just a little confused. I apparently had some no deposit free spins at this casino on Eastern emeralds by quickspin. When I went and searched for the game, it said my region was blocked from playing which I found odd as I play quickspin games frequently. I even checked to see if my region was suddenly blocked at a couple other casinos while I waited for support to respond, but I was able to open and play the games without issues. When support replied all they said is that sometimes providers block regions and they weren't able to reissue the free spins on a different game. And I was told that maybe I should ask the provider's support as they were not the providers representatives, when I Asked why it was only at this casino that my region was blocked. So besides being not very helpful, it didn't answer my question. Are certain providers blocked only at certain casinos? I've just never encountered that before and am able to play quickspin games at literally every other casino, but I suppose it's possible

Hello, I haven't heard of such a case yet either, if I'm honest. So have you tried writing to the game provider's support ? Did they reply or say anything ?

I thought first that the casino itself might block the provider because of the country, but it doesn't seem very likely that this would be the case as you describe it. Obviously it would really be best to ask how it is. 

Also, as far as free spins are concerned, did the casino not come up with an alternative ?

I didn't actually contact the provider's support, it felt somewhat petty (perhaps not quite the right word) since it wasn't a lot of free spins. Though I am curious.... it'd be good to know for future reference, so maybe I will contact them.

And in regards to the spins being credited on a different game, that's a negative. Again, something I haven't encountered often, if ever. file

It might be a good idea to ask if games from this particular game provider are banned in this particular casino for players from your country, since you say you can play them in other casinos without any problems. It would be quite a rarity, but maybe we would learn something new again. So if you send them an email, feel free to let me know what you learned because I would be quite interested. 

As for the free spins, I don't mind, I guess you'll be able to claim some for another game you can play, assuming you stay with this casino.
