Hi can you please explain the situation a bit more and tell me what your problem is ? That way I could just guess what would be wrong on my part. About what are you waiting for an answer from the casino ?

Yea waiting for them to reply I won 680 pound and thy give me 40 pounds out of it.has a good will gesture.I deposited of my girlfriend card has I was waiting a new one they was fine with that along has I sent the the ID of her and me which they have received it all now

Thank you for clarifying the situation. Did live chat or support tell you that it's ok ? Did you play with or without the bonus ? I think the problem might be that you used a girlfriend's card, but when you say that you verified the card and the casino told you that everything is fine, then I'm not sure. Do you have any screenshots of the casino telling you it's okay ?

It was through email they asked what relation she was to me then said that I would have to provide the prove of card and her ID which I have now and no without bouns on my transaction it says admin adjustment 680.20 then another admin adjustment of 42.50 then a withdrawal of 42.50 which is what they put in my girlfriend account

They have no live chat and it’s take days to hear back of them which is through email
