I played the free bonus and won, but it took almost 10 days to get paid. The customer service sucks, the chat service does not deal with withdraws so you have to do everything by email. Yabby and Limitless pay out a whole lot faster and easier.

All 3 casinos mentioned have the same great games, but the customer service and slow payouts at BonusBlitz make it a bad choice for my money.

I'm not surprised at all. Offering great games isn't everything. If the casino has slow communication and withdrawals or other things, it can absolutely destroy the impressions from the casino. Hello all, i just signed up and won, got an email confirmation and it states 48 hrs " to start withdrawal procedure" that seems weird to me, i am reading the posts on this thread and wonder if using bitcoin makes a difference in the withdraw time... i guess i will find out.

yabby, limitless and brango, withdrawals in about 10 minutes, but you can only make 1 a day and there is a max amount for the week.
I have had great gaming on all three casinos and super fast payouts using bitcoin
I had to make a "verifying deposit" to collect and it still took over 10 days to payoff.
Funny thing I won a little with the first deposit and had to wait until the previous withdraw cleared, so I had to wait 8 days to request my second payout. My first payout was in Litecoin and when I tried my second Litecoin withdraw they told me I can only use Litecoin once a week, so I had to take it as a Bitcoin and it's been 3 days so far.

I did get my second withdraw, it took 3 days. I am not sure if I will make another deposit.
My payout was denied. They said i had to leave my bonus amount of 767.20 and my request was for 706.00, so i contact customer service and they tell my " i need to leave the 767.20 bonus amount ".... so i go back to the games and hit for 1086.00, so i try to switch games and thats when the IT issues start... unable to login, unable to reach games, " bonusblitz has denied your request "
So i took my 318.00 and requested a withdrawal.
I will not be returning to this site, seems shady and the customer service sucks!!

bei gleichen Bedingungen und abgeschlossenen Einsätzen das Guthaben 1500 beträgt, entfernt das System automatisch den Betrag, der den maximal auszahlbaren Betrag von 1000 oder 500 übersteigt . Da der erhaltene Bonus von 1000 im Vergleich zu den entfernten 500 nicht ausreicht, wird der verbleibende Betrag von 500 abgezogen das verbleibende Guthaben von 1000. Also 1000 - 500 = 500 ist auszahlbar.
