Das ist verständlich aber .Ich verstehe nicht warum ich für die vip Punkte gesperrt wurde. Warum kann ich die Punkte nicht mehr auf meinem Spieler Konto einlösen. Ich bekomme immer nur vom casino zu hören das diese sperre vorübergehend ist ich aber immer noch einzahlung tätigen kann und vip Punkte sammeln kann. Die sperre trotzdem bleiben würde.
