Hello they are saying between 5 and 30 working days even though the withdrawal times on the web page is 48 hours.
I’ve been waiting nearly 2 weeks and get the impression I won’t get it. Hopefully I’m wrong

Hey, I'm sorry to hear about your problems at the casino. We give casinos 14 days to process withdrawals, so if you go past that time and still don't get your money, I recommend filing a complaint.
However, when the casino mentions some technical problems, did you submit the withdrawal again ? What payment method are you trying to withdraw ? 🤔

Hello just seen this along with your new review I have submitted a complaint but I know this is lost money so if we can avoid anyone else losing money it will be worth it
