You can always fight the payment with Revolut by filing a chargeback.
It is likely that the merchant did not debit the reservation and let it fail which is why you saw the payment being refunded or cancelled. Then, afterwards the merchant make a correction and debit the amount 'again' but now successfully which is being shown as offline.

Am 2.7. habe ich eine Zahlung getätigt, die erfolgreich an den Helpersm-Händler ging.
19.7 Ich habe eine Rückerstattungsanfrage an den Zahlungsdienstleister gesendet.
Am 21.7. wurde der Betrag wieder auf mein Konto zurückgebucht.
Am 24.7. wurde der Betrag als Offline-Zahlung von meinem Konto abgebucht.
Ich verstehe nicht wirklich, wie.

Did you send the refund request directly to the merchant or did you contact Revolut to file a chargeback claim?
It could be that they refunded the amount and then debited again to avoid a chargeback as the initial payment did get a refund.
For the second payment you can file a fraud chargeback as you did not authorize them.
