So I decided to give this new casino a try and now my withdrawal is delayed. They said that the processing time for my withdrawal (cryptocurrency) is only 24 hours. That time has passed (by just over 11 hours) and now they've said that they are having technical problems "on the ISP side" I'd like to ask, has anyone has ever heard of such technical problems with a casino preventing a withdrawal? This seems strange to me but I'm not an expert. The issue was satisfactory resolved! They explained to me that the problem was with the payment provider so they asked me to make a minimum deposit using another payment method and then withdraw without having to play through the new minimum deposit. I went through the process, and then I went to the live chat to inform them and then after that they processed the withdrawal within minutes and they also credited my account with a no deposit bonus to apologize for the inconvenience. All in all they handled this issue very well and I am very pleased.
