I am interested in whether you like to communicate in chat with real agents or bot is also ok?

I don't like the casinos with not allday&night support, but bot never resolves my problem completely.

Haha! Spot on! I totally hate talking to bots. Actually, I instantly give up whenever I find out it's a bot. I've never ever experienced a bot that would actually resolve my issues and I believe bots are only good for buying/wasting time so the human agents don't need to deal with your query.

Anyway, if you're totally dumb and you're unable to resolve obvious and trivial things on your own, then the bot might be able to help.

I agree with you. Cause now one casino I play implemented this feature, thanks that i can always choose talk to agent at the start of the conversation with chat bot

If I may ask, which casino is it where they implemented this feature ? I think I agree with both of you and I would also prefer to talk to a real person, because it is more personal and can usually help more than a copy-paste answer. 🙂
