Ich habe wochenlang mit diesen Betrügern geschrieben und alles mögliche auf dieses Casino hochgeladen, aber sie verlangen unmögliches.
Daher passt auf...ich spiele übrigens bei drei anderen Seiten, da gab es nie Probleme.

Das ist aber nicht möglich, weil es eine Uhrzeit bei dem Händler nicht angegeben ist und den Rest vom dem was verlangt wird nicht mit einem Dokument zusammengefasst werden kann.
Es ist merkwürdig, das ich auf anderen Casinos keine Probleme habe und auf Bitkingz seit vielen Wochen mein Konto nicht verifizieren kann.
Ich habe über 300 Euro bereits abgeschrieben und spiele auf anderen Seiten, weil ich keine Lust habe Zeit und Nerven in Bitkingz zu investieren.

Im Endeffekt blieb eines über, nämlich das oben genannte und die Erfüllung ist definitiv nicht möglich.
Deswegen kann ich mein Geld nicht auszahlen lassen, nämlich die 300 Euro, was natürlich sehr angenehm für Bitkingz ist, weil ich bin sicher nicht der einzige, der das Konto nicht verifizieren kann und ich weiß das es nicht normal ist, weil ich seit über 20 Jahren online diverses spiele.

I agree with him. Such a detailed PDF Bank Statement does not exist. No bank statement in the world show the UTC Time Zone purchase.
With some banks, we can see the purchase time, but only with Online Banking, and it’s local timezone. But it’s rare and anyway, several websites doesn’t accept screenshots of online banking session.
Moreover, some other banks censor a part of the account number as a security measure.
Also, sometimes the merchant name apparent on the statement is not the name of the casino. It’s the name of the payment processor or only like ‘’Entertainment Purchase’’ or ‘’Wire Transfer’’.
To conclude, I already experienced the same issue, but with TonyBet. They asked me a PDF Bank Statement, but my bank product it once a month. I was obliged to wait 3 weeks before the bank statement arrive. Some websites are very strict and picky. And some others are very easy.

Es ist für mich keine Ehre bei Bitkingz zu spielen und glauben Sie mir, Bitkingz hat auch andere harte Forderungen gestellt, die ich im Laufe der Zeit erfüllen konnte, aber diese Forderung geht nicht.
Ich habe mich zur genüge über das verlorene Geld und Zeit die ich unnötig für die Verifizierung aufgebracht habe geärgert und daher habe ich beschlossen, das ich mit diesen Betrügern nichts mehr zu tun haben will.
