Hallo, ich habe ein Problem mit dem Stelario Casino. Ich habe dort mit meiner virtuellen Karte Geld eingezahlt, und jetzt wollen sie einen Screenshot dieser Karte, was in keinem Banking möglich ist. Als ich ihnen ein Foto dieser Karte schickte, das mit einem anderen Telefon aufgenommen wurde, weigern sie sich auch, es zu akzeptieren. Was soll ich machen??

yes revolut don't give me possible to do it. I also tray to do it with chrome and computer but there I see only * on my card. I send to them all documents what they show is my card but they still don't accept, and now they also stop reply to me

As I remember you could see all your cards detail on revolut but I think it's impossible to screenshot the card from there

sadly this is normal, pictures can be cropped or altered, so only raw screenshots are allowed.

Kindly check this video, I guess that those 3 dots in the right upper corner allows you to uncover card details and then make a screenshot the way your phone supports it. While using my phone I have to press both volume buttons + the reset button at once.

If you still struggle to proceed, I guess I can only recommend a complaint.

Radka only they to do a screenshot be a root the phone. But is also not sure can revolut be want to works with the root. And for sure I don't do a reclamation because I won't to get my winning money

For me it's not worth rooting your phone cause then it's the safety pass Xposed etc don't know maybe you should do a little research for that unless you already know

Well, I do not see any other option, to pass the verification, you must find a way how to provide the necessary documents, many players use Revolt, so I guess that there must be some way to do it as well.

I make already complaint about this situation but I must waiting till Sunday. I also think is a lot of people what they pay with them virtual card and they don't have possible withdraw money like me. Today they again send me reply where they wrote this.

We inform you that in order to withdraw your funds quickly and efficiently, we ask you to send us following documents and information about your Credit / Debit Card:

- A screenshot of your virtual card that you used to fund your account, showing the cardholder's name, card expiration date, and the first and last four digits. 

* We do not accept phone/computer monitor photos. Please send all necessary information in the correct form, namely as screenshots.

Unfortunately, your account cannot be verified without providing this document

And why they don't accept from screenshot from PC ? I don't get it with some casinos when it's deposit time they accept it instantly without even verification but when it's withdrawal time they do whatever they can to keep you there isn't that annoying?Maybe then you should proceed with root but do a research 1st you can go to XDA forums and check you will find tons of useful stuff there

I updated Kristina about your issue just to make sure that we all understand the situation correctly.

I honestly do not understand why you can't make a screenshot, I tried several times and I can do that while I'm viewing my virtual card in the banking app.

I'd like to help you but have no clue how to do that. 🙁 The last option would be a verification call when you share the screen and show the card details during the call.

this is because the photo can be cropped and resolved, furthermore, it does not prove that you have an access to it at any time. The screenshot is normally accepted instead.

Yea I know that's why I'm telling him to go XDA forums that's the place about root custom roms and useful tools you can also ask guys over there maybe they have an answer for you about screenshots
