I have played at johnniekashkings.com for years and am a very loyal player. I have deposited over 20,000 but today closed my account. Being new years i was hoping they could give me a bonus. My ratio wasnt allowing a bonus but considering how long i have been a player and how much i had spent and the fact i have never withdrawn i really thought it wasn't much to ask to get a freebie and for them to make an exception to the ratio... they said no and wouldnt even discuss any options. Wouldnt give me a manager to talk to and were very uncooperative... so disappointing!!! Loyalty means nothing. So rude

Well they have never been the most hospitable and I have never had someone i can talk to on a manager level... also their site as of recent has started being under maintenance leaving players without answers for days sometimes.. so its not exactly good but no obvious problems i guess
