Ich habe BK8 schon einmal von meiner Spielsucht erzählt, allerdings habe ich nicht den vollständigen Screenshot der Anfrage, da ich diese Anfrage über den Live-Chat gestellt habe. Ich habe ihnen von meiner Spielsucht erzählt (war nicht auf dem Screenshot). Ich habe einen Screenshot von ihnen, aus dem hervorgeht, dass sie meine Spielsucht anerkennen. Sie haben jedoch weiter argumentiert, dass es sich um eine Standardantwort handelt und sie nichts von meiner Spielsucht wussten. Ich habe keinen Kontext, wenn der Beschwerdemanager das VOLLSTÄNDIGE vom Casino bereitgestellte Chat-Protokoll überprüft hat (falls vorhanden) und wenn es nur aufgrund der Erklärung des Casinos geschlossen wurde: „Oh, ich wusste nicht, es war eine Standardantwort, ich habe es überprüft." „Der vollständige Chat und es wurden keine Glücksspielprobleme angegeben" erscheint mir ziemlich unfair und sehr einseitig, wenn ich die Beweise vorgelegt habe und das, was das Casino vorgelegt hat, nur Behauptungen waren.
Ich brauche ein paar Rückmeldungen von euch, falls das wirklich unfair mir gegenüber ist. Ich habe ein paar Mal versucht, eine E-Mail an den Casino-Guru zu schreiben (es gab keine Antworten), und ich habe versucht, den Fall erneut zu eröffnen (es gab keine Antworten) Gibt es noch etwas, was ich versuchen kann? I have told BK8 about my gambling addiction before, however, I do not have the full screenshot of the request since I've made this request through Live Chat, I've told them about my gambling addiction (Was not in the screenshot) However, I have a screenshot of them stating that they acknowledge my gambling addiction, however, they have gone on to argue that it is a standard reply and they did not know about my gambling addiction. I have no context if the complaint manager has reviewed the FULL chat transcript provided by the casino (If any) and if it was closed just based on the casino's declaration of 'Oh I didn't know, it was a standard reply, I reviewed the full chat and there were no gambling issues stated' seems pretty unfair to me and very 1 sided if I have provided the evidence and what the casino provided were just claims.
Need some input from you guys if this is indeed unfair to me, I've tried to email a few times to casino guru (There were no replies), and I've tried to re-open the case (There were no replies) Anything else I can try? The casino refuses to provide any chat transcript to me.
