I’m trying to open a complaint here about how the casino allowed me to open another account after I self excluded. My first complaint was rejected because I didn’t have evidence of the exclusion I have now found the relevant email but when I try to open a new complaint it gets rejected?

I'd love to help you somehow, but I'd say this matter is beyond forum reach. Feel free to send her a reminder, please. Sad to say, I'm not familiar with this situation very well, but perhaps during working days, I can ask her whether there has been some sort of problem.
