Paypal nicht mehr benutzbar nach Cashback mit Anwalt

Hallo zusammen,

Ich weiß nicht ob die Frage im richtigen Unterforum gestellt ist, jedenfalls weiß ich einfach nicht mehr weiter, die Story:

Vor einigen Jahren hatte ich Spielprobleme, habe dann über "wirholendeingeldzurück" einiges an verspieltem Geld bei Online Casinos (was mit Paypal bezahlt wurde) über einen Anwalt von der genannten Seite zurückfordern lassen.

Soweit so gut, also das Paypal Geld zurückbekommen, Anwalt anteilig bezahlt, Inkassounternhem von Paypal (Paigo ist das glaube ich) hat mich zwar abgemahnt und noch ein paar Monate Forderungen gestellt, diese wurden dann allerdings eingestellt und ich hatte mein Geld zurück.

Das war im Jahr 2019!!!

Das Problem:

Seitdem bin ich bei Paypal gesperrt und die Zahlung (ca. 1,5K) ist immernoch offen bei denen. Lange Zeit war mir das egal aber mittlerweile brauche ich unbedingt Paypal..

Der Anwalt mit dem ich das gemacht habe, meinte dass er bei unzähligen Mandanten das Geld über Paypal zurückgefordert hatte und es in 99% der Fälle, nach einiger Zeit keine Problem mehr gab (da diese Paypal-Zahlungen ja damals "unrechtmäßig" waren, was auch der Grund war, warum sich Paypal aus diesem Bereich zurückgezogen hat, und auch die Inkasso-Firma mich nach einiger Zeit nicht mehr kontaktiert /neue Forderungen gestellt hat)

Jetzt wollte ich Fragen ob jemand damit Erfahrungen hat?

Ob jemand damals auch ein erfolgreiches Cashback gemacht hat, seitdem aber bei Paypal auch gesperrt ist?

Weil soweit ich das mitbekommen habe, bin ich einer der einzigen, welche über Jahre gesperrt sind.

Das Problem ist ich brauche Paypal unbedingt privat + für die Arbeit und das ganze ist wirklich sehr ärgerlich, habe auch schon unzählige Telefonate mit dem unfreundlichen Paypal/Paigo Support geführt aber die weigern sich strikt mich wieder zu entsperren.

Deswegen hab ich mich entschlossen, mich hier anzumelden und mal nach euren Erfahrungen zu fragen, ihr seid meine letzte Hoffnung.

I feel like PayPal has a very different policy towards users depending on where they come from. Since you're located in Germany, I believe that PayPal is strictly forbidden to be used for gambling reasons.

Do I understand it correctly that you have your money back, but your problem is that you'd like to create or reopen your PayPal account, but you're unable to do that?

I made a claim in Paypal for a purchase, I entered mediation which is where Paypal pressures the other party, and in a period of almost 20 days I was returned the money, the first thing was to raise a report where I clearly indicate what happened, the honest thing. I have never had problems with Paypal, for me it is one of the safest payment methods, the bad thing is a high commission, the only negative thing I can contribute.

I have just arranged a casino payment using PayPal and 2.9% transaction fee OUCH🤢

The commission is the negative part of Paypal, but they always go in favor of protecting consumption, the rules are respected, I like this platform, for something has so long, as free lance was the one I used for a long time.

That's exactly why most of casinos don't accept PayPal. They went too far in protecting customers that they were able to get refunded bets they lost fair and square in the casino. Of course, casinos don't like to see this. Nobody would.
