As some of you might know, I started in the online casino business as a customer support agent so I know most of the stories from the other side, but I have one I can remember until now.
There are players who come to ask the support for bonuses every single day. Depending on the casino's internal system, it's required to ask a senior customer support agent whether you're allowed to credit the player a bonus. One of the new agents asked, but got a negative answer. He didn't want to disappoint the customer so he came up with a plan. The agent knew that you get 20 free spins upon registration in the casino so he recommended the customer to create a fresh account in order to get the free spins. The customer followed his recommendation and surprisingly, both of the accounts were blocked by the system for "multiple accounts", because as most of you probably know, it's forbidden to create multiple accounts in most of casinos.
Fortunately for the player, he saved the conversation with the agent who recommended him to open multiple accounts so eventually his original account was reopened. Anyway, that's why I always say that you need to keep in mind that the customer support agents are also just people as you. They might be inexperienced, they might do mistakes. That's why it's always recommended to save conversation with them, especially when they give you any information that's important for you. You never know when you'll need to use it as an evidence in order to get your winnings 🙂
