During the past year, the connection between CasinoRing and Casino Guru has grown stronger based on the urgent and ever-growing need for a safer gambling environment.

Spintwix (Roy), a known casino streamer, founded CasinoRing.com, a social platform for online slot players, to serve as a bridge between casinos, providers, players and streamers. Using the success of his streaming career over the years to share with his viewers the true reality of online gambling, which is based on the fact that, in the long run, the casino always wins, Spintwix is educating his wide audience on how casino games really work and what players should be cautious about.

We have no problem with constructive criticism, but your post is quite far from that. What makes you think so?

im getting banned but y’all are the ones giving false hope to people who are in need. Y’all have no authority on more then half of the casino yet want to sit here and judge players on the complaints like y’all have the right to. The fact y’all still promote unlicensed and unsafe casinos, is more then proof. That’s like looking for a doctor and Google gives you unlicensed and unsafe doctors you may try. But y’all won’t see this as constructive criticism but as a negative person trying to cause problems. I bet this post gets blocked and I get banned

side note, you’re allowed to threaten me for expressing my feelings that’s alright. But heaven forbid I express feelings on my experiences on a website that is for posting about one’s feeling about their experiences. Y’all are just living in a fake world y’all built telling y’all’s self y’all are making the world a better place.

I don't understand why we would give false hope to players and therefore why you hold this view. You opened a complaint with us, where it was clearly explained to you that we give casinos 14 days to resolve the withdrawal. This is a procedure that is applied to every player and I don't understand your behaviour because someone wants to help you. If the casino fails to pay, then we try to contact the casino and help. In the meantime, our team is gathering relevant evidence because they cannot go into the conversation empty-handed. I would also like to say that we do not judge any player and as long as you take this approach, there is not much that can be solved. 

Regarding the promoting of unlicensed casinos, you've got it all wrong. We are trying to inform players, not send them somewhere unsafe to play. That's why we also have casinos on the site that have a low safety index, don't have licenses, etc., so that players have a chance to see this information before they deposit somewhere. I don't think that's promoting casinos. 

Anyway, constructive criticism is fine and we have no problem with it, but if you come in and use vulgar language just for going through a certain process like any other player, then it's not constructive criticism, it's bias.

Nobody is threatening you, but coming here and accusing us and saying bad things is probably not the best way to express your feelings either, or am I wrong ? We can deal with everything as people and when you come to a forum where it is also followed by certain rules, it is good to respect them. I hope I have made myself clear and it will be possible to have a normal discussion.

fileand thanks for forcing my complaint to wait for 14 days. My account is closed and now I’ll be 14 days behind to even try to get it. Y’all do so much for us
