Hello I am looking for some help because I have withdrawn 500 euros from casino to Binance.
After this transaction, they blocked the possibility of withdrawing funds. And they're conducting some kind of investigation. This has been going on for 30 days. from 08/05/2024.

As for the investigation, I don't think you have heard from them yet. Have you tried contacting them, how long do you have to wait? These people are impudent. they keep the money for 6 weeks and repeat one text that the investigation is ongoing and there is nothing more they can say. and of course I agreed to it by accepting the regulations

I see that nothing has moved forward, which is really quite disappointing. 6 weeks of investigation is not a short time and it would probably be good to know why it has to take so long and what is going on.
