Casinos und Chat

Does anyone know if casinos acquire chat people as an outsourced service from a company that provides the service? At least in Finnish, the same people (Harri, Anni, Aimo, Seppo, etc.) are agents for several casinos. The common denominator for all of them is that they promise to find out the questions asked and respond to emails.....no response has been received. "Aimo" is the most reliable....they don't promise to find out, but instead say "work shift is over" and leave.

Tietääkö kukaan , hankkiiko kasinot chat henkilöt ostopalveluna joltain palvelun tuottavalta yritykseltä? Ainakin Suomen kielellä samat henkilöt ( harri,Anni,Aimo,Seppo jne)ovat useiden kasinoiden agentteina. Yhteinen nimittäjä kaikille on että lupaavat selvittää kysyttyjä asioita ja vastaavat sähköpostiin.....ei yhtään vastausta ole tullut. "Aimo" on luotettavin....ei lupasa selvittää vaan ilmoittaa "työvuoro loppui" ja poistuu.

Ja, es kommt oft vor, dass sich im Live-Chat in mehreren Online-Casinos dieselben Personen befinden. Vor allem, wenn es sich um denselben Besitzer handelt, glaube ich.

Es ist jedoch sehr wichtig, dass sie hilfsbereit sind und vor allem die Casinos nicht verwechseln, wie es unserer Erfahrung nach schon einmal passiert ist. 🤷‍♀️

Have you noticed that the names of the agents in the chat change.....but the photos don't...with the same profile picture, the names change....😅

Onko huomattu että chatissa olevat agenttien nimet vaihtuvat.....mutta valokuvat ei...samalla henkilökuvalla vaihtuvat nimet....😅
