The casino keeps rejecting my withdrawal requests. Yesterday, the VIP manager blamed my bank provider for the issue. I spoke with my bank provider, and they provided written confirmation that there hasn't been any rejection in recent days. I sent this evidence to the casino, yet they still refuse to pay me.

Πριν λίγο ρώτησα τον διαχειριστή του λογαριασμού μου, τι γίνεται με τις δύο ολοκληρωμένες αναλήψεις και με μεγάλη μου έκπληξη, ακόμα μια φορά η απάντηση του, ανατρέπει τα email του καζίνο και μου αναφέρει ότι διεξάγεται έρευνα για τα χρήματα.

Με όλο τον σεβασμό προς το infinity casino, θα ήθελα να μάθω εάν υπάρχει επικοινωνία μεταξύ των τμημάτων τους, γιατί μου στέλνουν μηνύματα ότι ολοκληρώθηκε η ανάληψη και έως 3 ημερών θα λάβω τα χρήματα μου και γιατί την στιγμή που είμαι ένας πελάτης που έκανα χιλιάδες ευρώ καταθέσεις στο καζίνο τους στο παρελθόν, με κοροϊδεύουν εδώ και 40 ημέρες και δεν μου δίνουν τα κέρδη μου.

Συγνώμη αν σας κούρασα αλλά μετά από 40 μέρες αναμονή νιώθω ότι με έχουν εξευτελίσει με την συμπεριφορά τους προς το πρόσωπο μου !
