Bet2u is a Russian-based scam, they simply do not pay withdrawals. All "positive" comments on them are fakes, and all true accounts tell one story: they do not pay.

If you deposited using VISA or Mastercard, you can notice that acquiring is done by LPB bank in Latvia. Latvia is an offshore haven like Belize, they profit from money laundering and cooperation with Russian crime. In your case they cooperate with scam criminals that pretend to be a bookie.
You have a good chance of getting your money if you describe your case and contact simultaneously(!) the bank and financial supervising authority, bank has already been fined multiple times for money laundering and they will want to keep you quiet so that they retain their license in EU and can continue their cooperation with Russian criminals.
Address your e-mails to bank on info@lpb.lv, ecommerce@lpb.lv and the supervising authority FKTK on fktk@fktk.lv .
Make sure you always include all the 3 e-mails on all your exchanges so that they can see they cannot keep it quiet without paying you.
