I started playing here December 2022 and made 2 successful withdrawals. Since then I made a withdrawal in February 2023 which was approved instantly. Since then all they have been saying is that they have a problem with the payment provider. The first 2 withdrawals were paid to me directly by them so the story of the provider is nonsense.
